How Fast Are OYSD Energy Storage Systems Aging?

We can explain this in terms of battery cycles. A cycle is a full charge and discharge of the battery. The number of battery pack calculation cycles is calculated by accumulating the amount of charge and discharge. For example, a 100AH battery pack will only be counted as a charge-discharge cycle when the cumulative charge and discharge reaches 100AH. They are only charging 20% and discharging 20% of the storage capacity, and it is calculated as a complete charge and discharge cycle after every 5 charges and discharges. Our energy storage system guarantees that after a complete 10,000 cycles, the storage capacity of the home battery will only decrease by 20% at most. Assuming that you charge 50% and discharge 50% every day, a total of 2 times, the number of cycles in one year is 365 times. Based on the cycle life of 10,000 times, the theoretical service life is 27 years.

The aging speed of the energy storage system is also related to the input and output power, the way of use and the working environment temperature. The greater the power, the greater the discharge depth, and the high or low ambient temperature will accelerate the aging of the energy storage system.
